Great realtor to use as a first time home seller or first time home buyer (we bought over a decade ago but so much changed!) Rico really listened to what we were looking for and was very patient as we visited a lot of homes to find the perfect one. He tailored our house visits to locations we wanted but then expanded them out a little. And that is how we found the perfect home. Paid a little more than we set out to but its manageable and has every one of the things we were looking for originally. He was a terrific advocate when we made an offer on a home - we panicked at first and he told us to be patient - and our seller did come down in price that next day. On the selling my house end of things, he knew just what would make the house more marketable without breaking the bank or putting in to much time. We were on a time crunch so this was very helpful. He had a strong knowledge of who to call for what fixes and those workers, in turn, respected his input. He helped us get the best price for our home and was very responsive, even towards the end when we had a ton of last minute questions. If you're not familiar with real estate, Rico is your guy. I think even if you are familiar with the process Rico's connections and experience is respected.

From the first meeting, Rico has been extremely helpful and the overall process was very stress-free.
